http://www.duesouthbrewing.com/the-beer/ This crushable American pale ale is the result of over a year of experimentation to find the perfect combination of hops and barley. The exciting Citra hop is featured prominently, so when you open this can, expect to get citrafied with a whirlwind of tropical hop aromas and flavors. Drink it fresh, drink it often.

Pours clear amber with a nice porcelain head. Aroma delivers grapefruit, lemon and resiny hops - almost more IPA than Pale Ale. Flavor presents more hops and less fruit, and a nice malty supporting tone. Mouthfeel features fair body and peppy fizz. Head due south and get citra-fied.

One of their many variations of pale ales. Found most of their dry-hopped series as well as this bought in cans were over-carbonated. Had to pour super slow to avoid the mass foam issues. The feel is also too bubbly for my preferance. Once past that, there is some good flavor with decent floral notes. Has a cloudy unfiltered light orange appearance. Good beer but kind of forgettable.

A bright golden colored beer with bubbles rising in the body. There's a large frothy textured, white head rising above. Goof hang time on the head. Lumps of lacing are left, sitting atop the body. A bright citric nose and taste. Clean finish, easy to drink.
