750 ml swing-top bottle. Poured in the original Du Der goblet an unfiltered and absolutely opaque rich golden-amber coloured A A with a two fingers slight beige and creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is sweety malts, fruity, grapefruits, citrus and notes of hay. The flavour is sweety malts, strong yeasty, biscuits, floral hops, fruity and caramel notes. The mouthfeel is crispy, fizzy and hoppy bitter. This light to medium bodied A A has a light hoppy bitter finish. An easy drinkable Amber Ale from a tiny ( 350 hl/y output ) in the French département Haute Marne.
