330 ml capped bottle. Poured a cloudy ruby-brown coloured Rousse with a generous three fingers slightly beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and plenty of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is mild caramel malts and surprisingly sweety vinous notes. The flavour is sweety caramel malts, brown sugar and spicy with notes of licorice. The mouthfeel is sweety, sticky and contents some medicinal notes. This light to medium bodied Rousse has a dry malty finish. A not very pleasant ale. For me,there is something wrong.
