    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 8

750 ml capped bottle bought at the brewery. Poured in an old seidel an unfiltered and strong hazy orange-brown coloured Amber Ale with a generous two fingers light beige soapy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Good lacing. Some floating elements. The aroma is moderate toasted malts and spicy with a lot of orange peels and star anis. The flavour is grainy malts, spicy, star anise, strong herbal notes and a solid herbal hoppy bitterness. The mouthfeel is crispy, fizzy, sparkling and quite thick. This medium to full bodied Amber Ale has a dry and herbal hoppy bitter finish. The beer-label tells the truth, this Amber Ale has and shows its character.
