750 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original Craig Allan brewery glass an unfiltered and opaque amber-orange coloured A P A with a three fingers slightly beige and pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles and some bigger one. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is an explosion of hops and on a second stage high fruity, mango, grapefruits, pineapples. The flavour is powerful fruity, grapefruits, mango, pineapples, citrus, solid malty and a overwhelming hoppy bitterness. The mouthfeel is crispy, sparkling and heavy bitter. This light bodied A P A has a lingering aciditic fruity and hoppy bitter finish. A hig refreshing and tasteful Pale Ale. A very convincing Ale from a talented young brewer.
