Red beer with a rounded mature taste profile. The caramel like sweetness and the ruby red color result from the malt mix that include eight different malt varieties. The use of ale yeast and higher fermentation temperatures enhance beer taste complexity. The delicious aroma of American Cascade hop rounds off the aromatic profile. The beer is served in a Cognac-type glass that allows for better aroma perception.

330 ml shared bottle, provided by our beerpal Jan Magnus. ABV is 4.5%. Beautiful ruby colour, moderate off-white head. Pleasant vinous aroma, hints of caramel. Nice medium sweet flavour, notes of red berries and toffee, moderate hops.

Quite nice brownish red color, not much stable foam. Aroma is pleasant, but a little bit weak. Has some hints of caramel and fruits. Taste is strongly hoppy and has some caramel in the end. Aftertaste is a little bit bitterish.
