Loads of organic cocoa nibs from Ecuador contribute the nutty dark chocolate notes while while various roasted malts fill in with additional complexity. Milk sugar adds a smooth, creamy, sweet body that pulls the rich malt/chocolate flavor together. Hop character is slim to none with bittering additions added for balance.
