I was able to sample a dry-hopped strong version of their classic Patriot Ale. Spicy hop profile both citrus and catty, unique to this nose and well received. Amber pour of course with a sizable head and stringy lacing. Very bitter mouth feel, medium bodied with a hoppy aftertaste. Gritty sugar and doughy malt with a green and assertive hop flavor. Toast and toffee seem to be in abundance as well.

This summer beer (the name was written in all red white and blue lettering) pours a clear copper. Fair hops. A bit of earthy, almost nutty caramel malts. A bit heavy for a July Fourth themed beer.
