Sampled as Oxford Class Organic, brand new in May 08. Full orange almost coppery color, some brown ale aspects in appearance. Aroma was rich bready caramel malts. Flavor followed the aroma, caramel, biscuity, even slightly toasty malt flavors, very little hop balance underneath, quite underhopped for an amber actually. Mouthfeel was full for the style, moderate overall. A decent brew, but doesn't meet my regular beer desires.
