Rated in Aug. 2011. Poured up copper with off white head. The aroma has a pleasing mix of malts, roasted malts, spicy hops, citrus hops and smooth banana notes. The taste is similar as firm tasty fresh crisp citrus and spicy hops hit up front followed by malty and mildly roasted malt notes join in to midway. Toward the finish a touch of yeasty esters, faint smooth sweet banana and spicy yeast are noticed well below the hops and the malts. Lovely hop forward Amber with an interesting yeasty touch.

A deep orange-amber colored beer with a big frothy textured, off white head rising above. There's ome hang time. Settles into a moderate ringlet and splotches of film. The profile is caramel, citrus hops and yeast. Medium bodied and well carbonated. Very nice.
