Here in NE DC, CCB is building a brand to last. To succeed in that, we need a sound foundation. Cornerstone Copper Ale is a well balanced Copper Ale comprised of German malts and European noble hops. An ale we can build upon.

Got a pint of this at Zest. Very cloudy and coppery, served without a head. Aroma of caramel with grass and metallic notes, all of which carry over into the flavor, which adds some apple, mild hops, and a hint of coriander. Sweet up front but more balanced toward the back. Tasty enough, but not particularly remarkable. The apple is the most interesting element.
