An American Amber Ale named after our founder, an Italian immigrant who followed the American dream. Our version is a deep red, and the rich, malty flavor of Victory, CaraMunich malts and Centennial hops give a balanced drinkability to this classic and unique American style ale. Salute!

Amber/brown color with quickly fizzing head. Aroma of sour cherries and sweet malt...not sure what to expect here. Mouthfeel is quite light but not too light. Flavor is roasted malts, caramel, peat, more sour cherries and a week watery-hops aftertaste. Very strange mix, like scotch ale meets wild ale... not very good...it is unique though. Absolutely no balance to this beer.

Sampled from bottle. Pours hazy amber-orange. Scattered off-white head. Cherry & bready malt in the aroma. Balanced and bready. The odd cherry fruitiness is present there as well. If I heard it was innoculated with brett, I wouldn't be surprised, but I'm doubtful of that. Medium-bodied and smooth. Just odd.

Pours dark amber, nearly opaque, with short, creamy head. Light malts and toffee notes comprise the aroma. The flavor was disappointing and just plain weak. It was like dirty bathwater with a metallic finish. Medium bodied with ample carbonation. The flavor threw the whole beer off.
