Albert Einstein once said: "Accidents Sometimes make great beer". Okay maybe he didn't but it sure worked out for us. In this collaboration with Lagerheads Brewery, we set out to produce a pale ale and ended up putting in four times as much roasted malt as we had intended. The product turned out being a roasty dark ale with a considerable hoppy bittering that ended up being just the accident we were looking for.
