Catawba Island Brewing Company is a small production brewery in Northern Ohio brought to you by the Roder family who are 4th and 5th generation Catawba Islanders. In May 2013, the "Catawba Island Brewing Co. Tasting Room" will open its doors serving draft beer, wine, and soda by the glass, can, or growler. Our tasting room boasts plenty of natural light, plenty of comfortable indoor and outdoor seating, and a laid-back Nautical-Industrial atmosphere. We will have live acoustic music, a rotating array of food trucks, good company and education about different types of beer, Catawba Island and Lake Erie.Wine will be available from local wineries for our non-beer-drinking guests that get dragged in. For customers who do not drink or would like to enjoy a soda, we have Root beer, Cream soda and Ginger beer available along with ice-cold water and hot Dominican coffee all made, poured and brewed with the same attention to detail as our delicious beers. The C.I.B. Tasting Room offers small complimentary snacks like nuts, chips and pretzels.
