This is a classic beer. I remember the commercials as a child with the famed Carlsberg Clydesdales. Haven't seen those in years, makes me wonder if they still have those. This beverage has an alright aroma, typical beer aroma. The colour is a nice golden colour. It has a smooth mouthfeel. The taste is bland, similar to other beers of the style. One thing of note is that this beer tastes better cold than at room temperature.

Live Rate. 2pac, Jan. 20th 2002: "this beer wasnt too fucken great. my dickhead mate eddie liked it. dickhead." Well said 2pac. Green bottle pours with a clear pure gold colored body that supports a lasting near white head of foam. The aroma offers up a fairly inviting spicy hoppiness edged in hop dankiness. The taste delivers modest spicy hops, a dash of biscuit malts and then too much sweetness....but not overly sweet. 2pac may be correct. This isn't too great but it isn't bad.

Golden color, big white bubbly head. Fruity aroma with hints of hoppy bitterness. Sweet fruity taste with a bit bitterness in the finish. Carbonation tickles your tongue a bit too much.

Light yellow with white foam head. Aroma is like most pilseners, nothing special. Barley and hops, some alcohol taste. So is taste, good bitter pilsener. OK beer, nothing more. (Milaan 201206)

pours a clear gold with a little head that faded away to a filmy cap very quickly. The aroma is like a freshly cut field of grass, with a malty scent in there too. The taste follows the aroma, the beer is fresh and grassy. The mouthfeel is light-bodied, with a light-medium carbonation.

Very unremarkable mass produced beer. Very pale and light in color, also very light on aroma and flavor. The flavor it does have is of stale malt and grass with minimal hops.

Carlsberg is best enjoyed in the original glass and chilled to 3°C. Drink it fast to prevent it from warming up and flatten. Being served from a draught is far out the best way to enjoy this beer.

A cloudy yellow colored beer with a big foamy textured white head rises This one has good hang time. Settles eventually into a nice light film on the sides of the glass and a soapy ringlet atop the body. The nose is light, barely detectable sweet corn. There is a lot of carbonation in this one, with bubbles constantly rising through the beer’s body. It is a light sweet corn beer. But no skunkiness.

Poured slightly dark for a lager. Head was light, almost white and didn't last very long. Flavor was more than I expected. Quite drinkable but hints of sweetness and a full mouth feel.

Big light yellow pour with a medium white head and some lacing. Good carbonation. Sweet malty corn and very slight skunky aroma. Taste is thin, watery, but overall what I expected form this one. Still okay for hot weather or in a pinch.

Pours out a nice light golden brew with a small rocky white cap. Looks pretty decent in my glass begging to be drank quickly. The aroma is pretty plain with notable hops, a light sweetness and some crappy malts. No skunk is a good thing. The taste is pretty good and pretty average - kinda sweet but fairly clean with ok malts and a nice bitter finish. A bit rough around the edges but goes down without complaints.
