I like beers. What started as just drinking 'till you can't stand, evolved into enjoying good beers and respecting it.

Bottle @ de Paas. Amber red colour with a tanned head on top, leaves litle lacing on the glass. First thing that hits you is a vegetable like aroma with heavy spices on top. Taste is what you would expect in an IPA, bitter and heavy, with the amarillo ingredient not to overwhelming. Nice, heavy and bitter beer. Good in balance.

Bottle @ De Paas in The Hague. Enjoyed in the sun, outside on the water. Bottle has a draft cork, always nice. Aroma has resin and fresh herbs and spices. Flavour starts of really fresh and ends in a bitter taste, wich was quite pleasant.

Had this one, a bottle chilled in my fridge at home. Poured out into it’s original St. Bernardus goblet. Looks murky, unfiltered, just as a witbier suspects. Aroma is fresh, citrus and fresh hops are present, along with a bit of breadiness. Flavour is sweet with a sour finish that hits the spot. Really good witbier!

Paulaner Dunkel Weizen is a dark, murky beer with a nice firm hefe style head on top. Looks good. Aroma is not really present, a bit of nuts like walnuts and almonds. A bit dusty. Flavour is a bit pale, nothing too special. Fresh and easy to drink, just above average.

Well this is something new. On tap @ De Paas in Holland. A blend between a tripel and a gueuze. Aroma has apples, blueberries and tartness. Flavour has a dry sourness, bit like granny smith apples. Really fresh, thirst quenching mix this is.
