Well this is something new. On tap @ De Paas in Holland. A blend between a tripel and a gueuze. Aroma has apples, blueberries and tartness. Flavour has a dry sourness, bit like granny smith apples. Really fresh, thirst quenching mix this is.

Golden appearance with large head. Aroma contains some citrus mainly lemons with some vinegar, spices, and coriander. The flavor is sour with lemons, vinegar, strong spice presence, and some grassy notes. Slightly bitter finish. Overall pretty good.

Bottle: Poured a hazy orangey color ale with a large foamy head with great retention and some very good lacing. Aroma of light tart notes mix with some bland Belgian ale is interesting though not as powerful as I was expecting considering some Girardin had been used to assemble this beer. Taste is also a very refreshing mix between some tart and sour notes with light green apples notes and some typical Belgian ale malt backbone. Body is fuller then average with limited filtration and great carbonation. Well mix overall with a refreshing taste though I was expecting a bit more from the lambic.

Bottled. Pale hazy yellowish orange colour, mediumsized foamy white head. Aroma is slightly acidic fruity along with some big sweet fruity notes. Flavour is spicy, and quite sweet fruity. Still some yeastyness and a bit of acidicness.
