Named after our GM's son as well as our former head brewer's son who now head up the Bushwakker brewery. More chocolate malt is incorporated in this recipe compared to our previous Milk Stout offering. Lactose adds unique mouthfeel and sweetness.

Enjoyed at the brewpub October 2016, on our west coast musical tour. Poured a dark brown colour with a mocha head that goes down rather quickly with not much lace. Beautiful aromas though of chocolate, liquorice and vanilla. Dark roasted malts for taste with light sourness, but not infected. Hints of coffee and fruitiness lingers with the roastiness. A pretty nice milk stout that is not too sweet, but nicely blended with fruits, roasted malts and other nice characteristics.
