This bottle has been carefully cellared for several years, so the review will be atypical compared to fresh. Amber color with a faint ring of white around the top. Aromas of caramel, apple juice, and that lemon-raisin aroma I associate with Belgians. The flavor is also apple with a strong strain of Belgian yeast over toasted grain. Not complex, but I loved it. Most of the carbonation had gone, leaving only an incredibly light-touch tingle in a smooth and rich beer.

Pours a nearly clear light golden yellow with a nice white head and some lacing. Good carbonation. Nice sweet wheat with slight banana, bubble gum and a bit of spices in the aromas. Clean taste with a sweet wet wheat, weak ripe bananas, slight Juicy Fruit gum, and a bit of lemon zest.

This Hefeweizen pours a medium gold yellow color from a 12oz bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity and yeasty, with some banana and clove. A light to medium bodied Hefeweizen. The malts are fruity and sweet, touch of citrus along with the banana and clove. The hops are mild and spicy. Good carbonation. It’s a little bland though. A light and refreshing tasting summer beer. Mouthfeel is soft and full. Finish is clean and smooth Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

Pleasantly suprised here. Was expecting more of an American wheat with no Hefe characteristics and too hoppy...but a fine rendition of a Hefe it is! Sweet aroma- fruity (esters), big banana/ lesser clove. SLightly pale for a hefe and not as "cloudy", but pours with a good head. Body is a little thin for the style, lacking that bready, chewy feel. Taste is full of banana and bubble gum, but lacks the good wheat malt character and finishes a little crisp, the only thing that resembles an American wheat. Good strong CO2 level. Good wheat that scores better because of it's not from Germany (where the best wheats are) and they stayed away from the American wheat aspect.

Bottle: Poured a golden yellow color weizen with a nice medium foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of medium wheat with some spices probably coming-out the yeast strain. Taste is also dominated by some wheat malt notes with some spices. Body is average with some average carbonation. I thought this was very average overall.

Slight hazy amber / orange brew with a big creamy skull and so-so retention. Killer aroma! This is offbase from what I expected....Chocolate? Yes, I dare say chocolate. This is a light chocolate, nothing too strong. There is barely any bananas to start with but they do strengthened with time. Both aromas were blended well while staying muted. The wheat hides in the background. The taste is similar to the aroma. Creamy, slightly chalky, dry with some sour notes. The bananas are very soft. There is also some mustiness and weak spice. Light medium bodied with ok carbonation. Nice wheat finish with a very faint bitterness.

I can some up the beer in just a few words average at best. Standard looking hefe, brown /tan cloudy body and a half inch noisy cap that reduced to a skiff in a couple minutes, lacing was slippery. Slight sour aroma made up of lemon, banana, a variety of different hard candies that keep changing flavor on me, some floral notes and just a touch of alcohol, the warmer this beer got the more wheat I could notice. Light flavor, wheat was prominent and was a touch sweet the after taste reminds me of marshmallows. I’m getting some very out of place apple juice as this warms, the malts are very white breadish and the beer finishes slightly lemony. Brew is slightly different from others in the style but still stays true to the style its nothing special but would gladly drink again.

This beer pours a sem-hazey golden colour. the head is large with a sweet aroma of bannana, pineapple and mangoes. indeed is sweet but im sad it wasn't as full wheat flavored.

Beer pours golden yellow crystal clear (blah) except for a slight chill haze, some head, no lacing. Wheaty aroma with some fruity ester underneath. Lots of lemony citrus interlaced with a wheat base and touches of sweet bubblegum. Seemed closer to an American Wheat than a hefe. Mouthfeel was kinda flat, too.

On tap...A great tasting beer for sure. Aroma is clove and fruit. Banana flavors dominate with some clove-spice there as well. Medium body, smooth drinking. The more I try decent offerings from this style, the more I appreciate a hefe.
