Pours clear mahogany with a thick and frothy buff head. Aroma features woody and, must be millet and buckwheat notes. Flavor presents so-so but serviceable woody and buckwheat notes. Or is that millet? Mouthfeel offers wan body and fizz. Not too shabby for gluten-free.

4-pack of cans from my local Métro store. Pours a clean dark amber colour with a big frothy-creamy beige head, great retention and thick lacing. Some nice aromas of roasted malts (or whatever grain is burnt) with the sweetness of caramel. At times, some grassiness from the hops. The is a little different, like most gluten-free brews but had their typical apple flavours in the finish with a little dryness. Hints of nuts are fighting to show. Goes down nicely like most of their beers. Pretty decent for the style, for a g-free one.
