This Pale Ale distinguishes itself by both its elegant and wild sides. The blend of specialized malts gives it a subtle biscuit taste which embraces the fruity and woodsy taste of the hops. Bottle refermented with Kenauk’s own honey.

On tap at the brewpub. Ordered a 1L Stein that you get to keep! Pours a big frothy off-white head and has a dark golden appearance. Nice thick dirty lacing. Aromas of floral and citrus hops. Flavours are earthy hops and bready malts. A little bit of citrus, but faint. Smooth and slick mouthfeel. Not too bad.

Pours a hazy amber colour with a golden hue. The head is creamy, off-white, long lasting and with some thick foam lacing. Fruity malt aromas with lots of sweetness. The taste is fruity, but not as sweet. The hops come in quickly to grass things up. A medium dryness appears in the finish. Probably their best brew so far, but nothing exceptional.
