Fairly dark, amber color with a light fruit aroma. For a blueberry ale this was surprisingly good. Not overly fruity at all in the taste. Clean refreshing finish.

Upon opening this beer a nice waft of blueberry infused the air. The pour was unimpressive, very small quickly dissipating head. Good carbonation, mouthfeel a bit fizzy. Blueberry flavor with a hit of fiz. Average overall, won't buy it again but an OK experience.

A murkey yellow colored ale with a bluish tinge. A frothy textured white head, small in stature rises briefly and settles quickly leaving a nice cap atop the beer. Blueberry dominate the nose as they do in the tasting. A fair amount of carbonation is present. The body is weak to medium but creamy. Overall not bad.

Upon opening there was a fairly weak, but nice blueberry aroma-it reminded me of a blueberry muffin from the local bakery. The aroma was nice in that it wasn't overly strong or even sicky sweet. This poured a very attractive dark amber color with a fine layer of lacing and some bubbles. The taste was smooth with a hint of fruitiness and malt. Again, there was not an overpowering fruity taste-just enough to please.

Bottle: Poured a light brown color ale with a huge thick foamy head with good retention. Aroma of light blueberry is drier then expected with some funky malt also noticeable. Taste is a weird mix between light blueberry and dry malt with a funky finish that doesn’t integrate very well. Light body with some medium carbonation. I had a couple of blueberry beers in the past few months and they all end up being a drain pour. I am starting to think that this fruit doesn’t integrate well with beer and brewer should think about using some other kind of fruit.
