Features: top-fermented beer, a free interpretation of the concept of Pale Ale. Intense copper-colored, is characterized by generous hopping involving the 'use of over ten hops from different backgrounds and from a character with subtle toasted caramel bitterness that balances very well. Food pairing: grilled red meats (beef, lamb, pork ), cheeses and cured meats. Alc.
