The Cellar COSTAMAGNA was working and running for two generations, the Brewery B & C however, was born in August 2009 by the enthusiasm of Mark and Alexander, and the support of parents. The passion for this venture in 2009 after more six months of work necessary for the construction of the facilities and to obtain the necessary permissions, leads us to the end of September to start the production and sale of our first five beers, made ​​with traditional methods to enhance the quality: the BLONDE, Weiss, the RED, the BLACK and BROWN, available in large format from 0.75 to 0.33 the small drums and the lt. 20. The careful selection of raw materials directly to the places of origin (Belgium) to create beers that, however complex and sophisticated they may be, be always pleasant, slightly alcoholic (in fact, ns. and company policy 'to produce low-dose alcohol beers in the meantime, however, are substantial and easy to drink) , the creation of a specialized laboratory (visitors), participation in initiatives such as festivals and parties, results in an immediate positive development activity. Beer can be bought locally, in the laboratory. Brewery B & C in the rediscovery of the tradition and passion becomes the search for quality. In the future we plan to launch new beer aged in barrels. Ours is the first brewery of "Terre di Savoia" and we therefore present the sale in x "and Bottega Royal Showcase" at the Castle of Racconigi. We are the first winery with attached micro-brewery. Last year, our contact with the brewery under Racconigi was visited by buyers from large chain Specks of Texas. Our first release was the "Feast of Bread" Savigliano of 25/27 September 2009.
