Top-fermented beer fermented in the bottle. Of intense golden blond color with orange highlights and a beer is dedicated to the spring, remembers the first buds that bloom on the branches, thus heralding the beginning of spring but also in wider sense even rinascitta and the new life characterized by striking spice. He has exceptional floral aromas and spicy, a dry dissante and a love for their roots. Abbinamienti Pairing: light starters, fish and raw shellfish, risotto with cheese and some fresh or herbe mildly seasoned. Excellent as an aperitif. Serving temperature: 6 / 7 ° C. Birra di alta fermentazione rifermentata in bottiglia. Di color biondo dorato intenso e con riflessi aranciati è una birra dedicata alla primavera, ricorda le prime gemme che sbocciano sui rami, preannunciando cosi l'inizio della primavera ma anche, in senso ancor più ampio a rinascitta e la nuova vita; caratterizzata dalla sorprendente speziatura. Ha profumi eccezionalmente floreali e speziati, una secchezza dissante ed un amoro da radice. Abbinamienti Gastronomici : antipasti leggeri, pesce e crostacei crudi, risotti alle herbe ed alcuni formaggi freschi o mediamente stagionati. Ottima come aperativo. Temperatura di servizio : 6/7 °C.
