This light-bodied Kolsch displays a smooth malt note and a hint of fruit flavor in the finish. The Kolsch style has little hop flavor or aroma, letting the sweet malt taste prevail.

The inherently clean crisp flavor was the highlight of this sampler on my mini-beer tour of eastern Tennessee sponsored by bluesandbarbq... thanks, Lou - a great day. Drawn from the tap a light, clear golden color with a hint of citrus in the aroma and finish. Paired well with the warm weather.

From tap at Downtown grill and Brewery in Knoxville. A nice light yellow coloring with a slight head. Sweet, malty aroma with a slight citrus, fruity nose. Good carbonation throughout drinking. Very crisp, sweet, citrus taste with a refreshing finish.

This is not really bad. It is much better than the Alt. The flavor is light and relatively crisp. The hopping is definitely light, but there is enough for some slight tingle.
