Thanks, Lou! Execellent representation of the type. Crisp, clean and refreshing... I could get used to this. Clear golden color with a moderate head that laces well. Light to medium on the pallette. Well-balanced malt/sweet to hops. Clean and smooth finish with just a bite of the hops.

On tap @ Depot Street Brewery. A clear golden pour with a nice fluffy white head and good lacing. Crisp aromas with sweet malts, slight granny smith apples, a touch of hops. Taste is smooth and crisp with a slight malty sweetness and a bit of sweet fruitiness with a clean finish. A very nice summer beer.
