Autumn Hop is our freshest seasonal beer. Using natural raw hops plucked right off the vine, this brew has a bold, crisp taste that’s so fresh, it’s as though it was bottled right on the hop farm! Autumn Hop is made using the “wet hop” technique, which is when freshly picked hops are added to the whirlpool stage of brewing.

Poured an amber colour. Poor head retention with the odd spot of lacing. Aroma is grassy and floral hops. Flavour follows the nose although a lot stronger. It also has a strong pine flavour. Medium mouthfeel with a dry bitter finish. Quite enjoyable after the first couple of gob fulls.

Pours a frothy off-white head. Has a golden appearance. Somewhat weak lacing. Aromas of citrus and herbal hops, very light malts and grains. Pretty mild bitterness and actually nice and smooth mouthfeel. Excessive carbonation. Pretty easy going down. Sort of a not overly hoppy kinda brew.

The beer pours a medium gold colour with a half inch white head. Aroma is citrus, grains, and weak spice. Mouthfeel was medium bodied with average carbonation. Flavour was biscuity malt, weak citrus notes, and a nice bitter finish. -

pours a clear deep gold with a frothy 2 finger white cap - good lacing ability. Aroma is pine-floral with hints of peach and sweet pale malt. Medium bodied with a bright fresh hop character. Front side of the flavor profile is succulent hops (pine, herbal) with the sturdy malt spine in a support role - goes to a clean bright increasingly bitter finish with green hop bite at the end. Not overly complicated but a boiler plate brew to showcase the fresh hops - well done.

Single from LCBO, painted label brown bottle. Pours a clean golden-amber colour with a beautiful creamy warm cap, good retention and thick foamy lace. Fresh grassy hop aromas. Mild dry mouthfeel that is medium-light bodied. The flavours are nicely balanced between the grass hops and the cereal grain malts. Goes down quite well as well-blended with the grass, grain and decent dryness - without being too much.
