If I were to drink this on my birthday, I’d have to save it till next August. Pours clear golden orange with a thick, frothy and persistent eggshell head. Resiny hops have the lead in the aroma, while malt and grapefruit co-star. Flavor features hoppy, woody, resin, citrus and malty tones, enjoyable if not spectacular. Mouthfeel presents typical body, but good strong fizz. Every day is somebody’s birthday, so celebrate!

Included in a "Pick Your Own Six Pack" for $9.99 at a local grocery store. Pours a clear copper color with a small white head that quickly dissipates. Grapefruit, tangerine, melon, sweet malt and hint of spiciness. Fruity, citrus leads the flavors with some bready malt on the back end. Mild bitterness. Extremely tasty for a sessionable IPA. Best by date was about a week ago, but still it is one of best lower abv IPA's that I've had.

A copper colored beer with a decent frothy textured off white head rising above. There's decent hang time on the head. A thick film and ringlet are left. Big Citric hoppiness in the nose. Toned back a bit in the tasting. Citric bitterness and grapefruit sweetness all dance together in a caramel base. Refreshing.

Nota lot of nose, nice copper body with good head and lace. Fullsome mouth, low carbonation. Solid malt backbone mildly roasted, close to an english pale but a bit more bitter. Quite a good APA.

22 oz bottle. Pours clear copper gold with a big frothy white head that retains well and leaves some lacing.

The aroma is bready malts with some fruity floral hops with a little onion.

The flavor is a little sweet bready malt and fruit with a lot of bitter resiny onion hops. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with smooth carbonation,

Overall, a nice hoppy session IPA. Good except for onion notes.

Hopped like a west coast iPa and then some. Loads of zesty grapefruit and some tropical fruit on the nose. Very bitter in the flavor, but pleasingly so. Balance it is not, but a pale/iPa this hoppy at 5% is nice.
