The beer poured a translucent red colour with a thin white head. The aroma was caramel malt, citrusy hops, and some funk. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was skunky malt, acidic sour notes notes, and weak bitter hops.

The beer poured a translucent medium gold with a generous white bubbly head which quickly dissipated. The aroma is sweet grainy malt, floral hops, and wet metal. The mouthfeel is weak to medium bodied with mild carbonation. The flavour is gross. Milk???? grass, and a weak bitter finish.

The beer poured a solid reddish-brown with a short-lived dark brown bubbly head. The aroma is roasted malt, dark chocolate, and cranberries. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour is weak cranberries, roasted malt, and dark chocolate/cocoa. Alcohol is indeed well hidden.

The beer poured a brownish-black with a thin foamy light brown head. The aroma is citrusy hops, pine, and roasted malt. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour is roasted malt, coffee, and citrus. A little sourness on the tongue also exists.

Part of the OCB Holiday 2010 Discover Pack. The beer poured a translucent dark gold colour with a very thin white ring for a head and mild effervescence. The aroma is grainy malts and not much else. The mouthfeel is watery and the carbonation is low. The flavour is grainy malt, slightly sweet, and acidic. Not impressed at all.

The beer poured a translucent dark copper colour with a no head. The aroma is sweet malt, caramel, sugar, and hops. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour is sweet malt, dark fruit, and alcohol. Not one of the better Dieu du Ciel beers I've tried.

I tried this beer on December 8, 2010 after purchasing from the RBC Plaza LCBO outlet. The beer pours a translucent red with a generous foamy tan head. The aroma is nutmeg, cinnamon, caramel malt, and some floral hops. The mouthfeel is medium bodied, with medium carbonation. The flavour is cinnamon, nutmeg, malt, and a bitter hop finish. The spices were very very evident in the taste. A nice winter warmer. A bit on the expensive side however!

It was shared with fellow beerpal lenusik. The beer poured a hazy straw gold colour with a rocky off-white head fed by good effervescence. The aroma was soap, spice, yeast, citrusy hops, and malt. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium-high carbonation. The flavour was yeasty, with some spiciness and malt, and a citrusy hop finish.

The beer poured a very dark brown with a 1" bubbly tan coloured head that lingered. The aroma was wet metal, roasted malt, coffee, and molasses. The flavour was roasted malt, cold coffee grains, and chocolate.

The beer poured a slightly hazy straw yellow with a thin white head. The aroma was wheat malt, spices, and perfumey hops. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour wasn't very Belgian Wit at all. it was citrusy hops and a weak malt backbone. Enjoyable....and good tasting.
