341ml bottle
5.0% ABV
Milton LCBO Outlet #1 (Milton, Ontario, Canada)

The beer poured a translucent medium gold with a generous white bubbly head which quickly dissipated. The aroma is sweet grainy malt, floral hops, and wet metal. The mouthfeel is weak to medium bodied with mild carbonation. The flavour is gross. Milk???? grass, and a weak bitter finish.

Draft @ Syndicate, Niagara Falls .. . i quite liked this .. good solid mouth .. sweet hay .. . medium finish .. a mild beer but enjoyable .. But in his defense, that ring was kind of asking for it.

Slightly cloudy, golden-honey coloured pour. Not a lot of head, and disappeared quickly. Some light lacing. Couldn't detect anything special in the aroma. Taste-wise, found it crisp, dry with a bitter finish. Not my favourite.

Purchased at the LCBO in a 6-bottle Holiday Discovery Pack of Ontario brews. This is the only bottle in the pack which looks like the label was glued on by hand (crooked, ripped and wavy) and did not do much when I twisted the cap off. This affected the white head being pretty small. The beer has a golden colour to it. Decent aromas of hop (which some of it smells rusty) and hints of citrus. Medium-bodied... nice and refreshing, but not watery. Fresh malt taste with a little pepper in the middle and a soapy finish (all created by the hop - which does not make this offensive). Quite a decent blonde ale overall and a good experience for a first from this brewery. Would like to try more.

The beer pours a clear golden yellow with a huge frothy white head. The aroma is mainly grainy malt with some hoppish perfume action in the background. The flavour is a nice balance between the grass and the flowers. Brings me back to nature.

This beer originally got lower marks from me when I fikrst sampled as it had this odd grassy start but finished with a nutty - cum - caramel taste UUGHH!! However, I left one bottle in the fridge for about a 5 days and that killed off some of that overpowering caramel flavour. So basically keep it ice cold and you'll be fine.

Bottle: poured a light clear gold with a 3 finger white frothy cap which doesn’t have great retention....modest lacing on the glass. Mild nose: light floral-fruity-grainy aroma. Medium bodied... peppery on the tongue up front from too much carbonation ( tone it back guys so we can taste the ale... there are some nice tastes here, don’t obliterate them with CO2). Fair amount of grain tastes that mutate into bready malt tastes mid way...lovely fruity-cidery tones from the yeast mingle with attenuated citrus hops...modest finish with low bittering and a bready aftertaste....nice session ale. In the same niche’ as Robert Simpson ale but more malty. Very drinkable

Bottle: Poured a golden color beer with a huge foamy white head with better then expected. Aroma of subtle floral hops with good malt balance. Taste is quite refreshing with more yeast then expected in a golden ale. Body is quite full and carbonation is great. Better then average golden ale.
