Comes out of the tap a reddish amber with a fine-bubbled light tan head. Powdery aroma is malty with caramel and earthy undertones. Malty flavor has earthy, caramel and grassy underpinnings - quite satisfying. Body is above average, and fizzy texture leaves a strongly tingly and earthy finish. Prosit!

Pretty good for a marzen. Well balanced, with good caramel content. Appearance is a light to medium brown. Not much aroma. About average and on par with the other ones....Sammy, Becks, etc. Price is good, so I could be getting this a couple times each season.

Pours a dark brown color. Smell is sweet, malty. Taste is the same, lots of malts, sweet, just a touch of hops. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is an enjoyable beer.

This is one of the better Marzens I have had. Copper in color with a white head. There was a mild malty aroma along with a mild malty flavor. The beer was very smooth to drink, It is a great choice to sit and watch the leaves change.

Nice copper~amber body with a thin, fizzy head and some spots of lacing. Mild caramel/toffee with a light biscuit accent and grass. Thin for the style with a slightly empty aftertaste. Balanced and mildly sweet. Could be guzzled if desired while still maintaining resemblance to a fairly typical American Oktoberfest.

A crystal amber colored beer with a big frothy textured, off white head. That head has good hang time. Settles eventually into a thin ringlet. The nose light bready malt. The tasting more intense with grassy hops. Pretty straight forward but a smooth well crafted beer.
