What you have here is our interpretation of a Milk Stout. This Style is typically brewed to be more full bodied and sweeter than other stouts, primarily through the use of unfermentable lactose sugar in the brewing process. Aromas of roasted espresso, dark chocolate and toffee are prevalent with an underlying creamy sweetness on the nose. The lactose sweetness balances the roasted grains and hop bitterness to create a very balanced, drinkable stout and the nitro gives this beer a creamy, thick head & a full round mouthfeel. See for yourself...come to the udder side!

Pours a rich dark chocolate brown with a very thick tan head that leaves very generous lacing. Aroma has strong milk chocolate and roast malt notes. Scrumptious flavor delights with chocolate, roast malt, caramel and subtle coffee notes. Firm texture is thick and fairly fizzy. Udderly delightful!
