Let There Be Light is the first “sessionable” beer by the brewery, clocking in at only 4.7% ABV. Rethink your approach to light beers, because this “Light” beer is full of flavor. Eric Johnson brewed Let There Be Light with Nelson Sauvin and Sorachi Ace hops, barley, wheat, and orange peel. The beer is complex and light bodied, without a lot of alcohol to slow down your drinking session.

Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 7
Pours a clear dark golden with a fairly thick and fine-bubbled pale golden tan head. Aroma has malty, wheaty and fruity tones with a woody hint of hops. Flavor has a malty core plus fruity and wheaty/yeasty notes and a woody hop tone that suggests it was dry-hopped. Texture has good body and fizz. This is definitely a good beer for sipping on a hot day while relaxing on the porch.
