The Phantom Time hypothesis proposes that almost 300 years were fabricated during the Middle Ages. And while we can’t speak to this imaginary history, we’re pretty sure you’ll forget time while you’re enjoying this hazy pale ale. Super sessionable with loads of Galaxy hops, this American Pale Ale has pleasant mango and peach hop flavours with a balanced bitterness and a refreshing dry finish. This is one beer you won’t easily forget!

Part of their Vol. Ten Mix 4-pack. Slightly hazy, bright light-yellow colour with a big frothy white cap, also bubbly with long retention and leaving foamy-soapy lacing. Citrus aromas of lemons and oranges, with their zest and juices. Hint of oats and yeast blending things well. Getting a little hazier as it pours. The mouthfeel mildly on the thin side, but the dryness in the finish compensates for it. Flavours of lemon peel and the right kind of yeast. One would never know this is a light beer.

Part of welly mix pack no.10. Pours a nice thick foamy white head that sticks around and leaves some dirty soapy lace behind. Has a hazy yellowish golden appearance. Lively carbonation. Aromas of tropical fruits, peach, floral and grassy hops. Flavours of grassy, piney hops, some notes of peach, citrus, and various other tropical fruits, quite a varied bunch. Dry mouthfeel. Not much bitterness. Low abv making it quite an easy going apa.
