Captivating and approachable, like The Great One himself. This pale ale has perfectly balanced caramel body, turned up with pronounced orange citrus notes for a crisp, clean finish.

Tall can from the Beer Store. Pours a large frothy white head with thick soapy lace and has a pale golden appearance. Moderate carbonation. Aromas of floral and grassy hops, some mild yeast, a little bit wheaty and herbal. Flavours are mainly grassy and citrus hops, some notes of pine and herbal hops, subtle yeast. Some bitterness on the palate in the finish.

473ml can that pours a clean golden colour with a frothy warm cap, good stay and some foamy lacing. Weird aromas from the hops, unbalanced with the malts. Outdated oranges with some vegetable notes, mild wet socks. The taste is a little better with normal maltiness, but the hops are bugging me a tad. It does get better as it goes, as you get use to it (except the smell). The mouthfeel is fine with some nice dryness in the finish. Still, not a Pale Ale I would go back to, as not the Greatest.
