A deep amber colour with a tan hued foam. Aromatic notes of grains, caramel, toasted bread, citrus and malty sweetness. A full-bodied richly flavoured beer with punchy notes of roasted grains and caramel. Full and focused with slight bitterness and a long lingering finish. Only four ingredients used; yeast, malted grain (barley), hops (Centennial and Citra hops), and pure water, naturally limestone-filtered through the UNESCO-protected Niagara Escarpment watershed.

The mouthfeel is thin to medium bodied and average carbonation. The flavour is dark caramel, grains, and the finish is only slightly bitter.
