The beer is brewed using barley malt, wheat malt, and dextri malt, the hops are Hallertau Nothern Brewer and Cascade humle. It is top fermented and semifiltered. It is a very aromatic and satisfying beer with a well balanced body, that gives it harmony between the sweetness and the bitterness. The beer tastes and smells like a top fermented aroma hopped beer.

A slightly hazy copper colored beer with a thick beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of citrus and grass. The flavor is sweet malty with primary notes of citrus, yeast, and a boring hoppy note, giving it a dry dusty end is it the Halletaur doing this? Nothing special.
