Cloudy yellow with a white head. Aroma is a soapy detergent lemon thing going on. It smells like Orval! This is very dry yet yeasty with a sharp lemon flavor that is slightly sour but very bitter and dry. Oh I see what you are doing Victory you are trying to make an Orval clone. Congrats you did just that!

Pours out a semi cloudy dark yellow with a lingering whit foam head. The aroma is of hop and mild citrus. The mouthfeel is smooth and refreshing. The taste is of mild citrus, banana and malt. This is pretty decent and worth having again for a hot day.

Pours a cloudy thin amber/yellow with a 2 finger bubbly head that takes its sweet ass time. A little carbonation in this one. Aroma is malty and lemony with hints of that Heineken funk. taste is of cloves and lemon with hints of funk. Slightly sticky body that end lemony. Decent but not great.

12 oz bottle. Pours hazy golden yellow with a big meringue white head that retains well and laces the glass.
The aroma is fruits and funk with some piney, floral hops and perfumey spices.
The flavor is sweet bready malts with a little funky fruit and some spices (corriander, pepper) and a good sized piney floral bitterness in the finish. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with smooth carbonation.
Overall, I'm not sure I'd call it a saison. But I like it as a session beer with good bitterness and some funk. -

Pretty thin and very light, but with a lively mouthfeel and a lot of refreshing citrus in the nose and flavor on top of light but noticeable saison earthy spice. Not great, but quite pleasant.

Shared bottle from Stanton @ Suttree's High Gravity Tavern. Pale straw yellow color, medium white head, little lacing. Light floral nose, lightly spiced, some funk in both aroma and flavor. Refreshing if anything. Decent but there are a lot better Saisons out there.

hazed lighter golden with a bone white fluffy head atop.Aromas of medicinal hops and yeasty phenols mainly,a bit of toasted grain as well.Light citric presence up front on the palate some toasted cereal grain, the phenols come in and provide some spice,a shot of herbal hops linger in the finish.A nice enough beer, but i wouldnt buy it again.

This is a saison with characteristics of a Hef. Has a decent amount of hop to it. Very bitter at the end with floral & peppery notes. Tasting some wheat, banana, zesty, etc. Cloudy pale yellow appearance. An interesting brew, but not one of my favorites from Victory.

Comes out of the tap a nice, bubbly, clear golden with a fine-bubbled white head. Hearty aroma is quite yeasty, with fruity and subtle malty notes. Crisp flavor has yeasty, malty, fruity, and coriander tones - definitely for sipping rather than chugging. Texture has average thickness and fizz, but scarcely subtracts from the enjoyableness of this brew. Swing a session with this one.

A bright golden in color with a two finger light fluffy txtured white head rising above. There's some hang time in the head. It settles into a thin ringlet. The aroma is washcloth funk. I get a lotta pepper up front in the taste, with that same funkiness and lemon peel. I'm not liking this light effervescent brew.
