Clear yellow with decent white foam head. Aroma is caramel, barley and alcohol. Tastes like a stronger pilsener, with decent bitter aftertaste. (Velp 201202)

A very good alternative to the regular lagers like Stella Artois and Jupiler. I wouldn't drink it as fast as the previous 2 and not only because it's more expensive, it's just better!

A clear lively golden beer with a large white foam collar on top. Has a very hoppy aroma. Feels little acidic and has a modest bitter hoppy flavor. The aftertaste is slight bitter and hoppy.

Yellow colour, bug fluffy white head. Aroma is malty, hayish, some nectar and hoppy. Flavour is sweet malts along with some slight flowery hops. A refreshing summer brew. Smooth carbonation. Easy to drink.

Bottle. Pale yellow colour with a large white head. Malty aroma with a touch of citrus and hops. Light, pretty clean tasting, hoppy-ish with a light bitter finish.

Rerate bottle, bought at Vinmonopolet: With a brisk pour you get a very large and lasting head, and the carbonation is not too much after all. Fairly decent hops place this pils in the "slightly above average" category. I’m upping it 1 point. Original rating: 330 ml bottle, as Vedett Extra Blond, ABV is 5.2%. Courtesy of Cardinal, Stavanger. Also available in Norway in Vinmonopolet stores (bestillingsutvalget). The beer’s website is www.vedett.com . Served in Duvel glass (same brewery). Very pale colour, decent head. Moderately hoppy aroma, notes of cardboard and "dusty attic". Flavour is moderately hoppy - this is an average pils. A bit too carbonated for my taste.

clear pale golden colour with a big creamy head, decent herbal aroma, creamy and dusty mouthfeel with a moderate malty body, a bit oily, slightly bitter herbal finish - not bad but boring

One of thousands swills. Absolutely summertime beer, just for refreshening, only extra cold. Pale yellowish color, usual swill aroma (almost no aroma at all) and flavor that remember you many drinked swills: Bud, Miller, any Asian swill, etc. Easy drinkable and totaly swill. I could say quite original in Belgium beer market.
