Meet the “Wicked Sister” to our Portage IPA. Dark roasted malt gives her a beautiful midnight brown hue, that cascades when poured. A slightly citrus and sweet aroma follows through with a nutty sweetness balanced with a grapefruit citrus characteristic of all five Tavistock Hop varieties used in her brewing. She sounds complex in all of her glory, but finishes off with a soft, dry roasted finish.
