Pours a clear amber orange color. A small white head forms and light lace is left behind. Sweet caramel malts take the lead in the aroma dept. with some citrus hops in the backside.Flavor is about the same with a lingering bitterness in the finish. A medium body with good carbonation. Creamy and smooth. Easy to drink. Pretty good for an organic beer, pretty good for an amber.

middle of the road .. . pretty well balanced .. if i was anywhere but Austin, the organic part of this would seem unnecessary .. . some light molasses in the mouth .. . light lacing .. . brian voss is a pimp .. . dark tawny colour on the pour .. . decent and drinkable, not wowing... hippies..
