Sampled on 10/6/2012. This amber ale pours a medium amber color from a 12oz bottle. Medium sized white foamy head, decent lacing and nice retention. The aroma is caramel, fruity, nutty and slightly sweet. A medium to light bodied amber. The malts are fruity, caramel/toffee and slightly sweet. The hops are citrusy and earthy. Decent carbonation. It’s either slightly over balanced towards the hops, or it needs some additional malts. Finish is a little citrusy for an amber. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean, crisp, and dry. Aftertaste is slightly bitter

When this hit H-town in sixer packs, i passed- but i'll buy a single of this .. . pours a deep copper .. quincy .. . garbage, utter garbage.. over carbonated and tastes like sweaty unwashed dead person feet .. . Here's a good trick: Get a job as a judge at the Olympics. Then, if some guy sets a world record, pretend that you didn't see it and go, "Okay, is everybody ready to start now?"

A slight fruit hop nose, amber body with lots of floaters, not much head or lace. Flavor started with a hop bite and had a decent malt presence throughout, with a slightly bitter finish. Overall it was a nice amber.

Nose is slightly hoppy with a perfume type smell. Pours a pale amber that is light for an amber. Little to no head. Nice carbonation with a crisp finish. Medium body. This amber is fantastically Hoppy!!! Sweet upfront with some malt then BAM some hops are there. Balanced bitter finish.

    Nice Amber!!
