Bottle: Poured a hazy deep yellow color ale with a super large foamy head with perfect retention and great lacing reminiscent of Belgian ale. Aroma of medium sweet Belgian malt and lightly hoppy bitter notes more geared toward European hops. Taste is also a strange mix between some dry Saaz-style hops with some lightly sweet pale Belgian malt and a light bready and somewhat spicy yeast finish. Body si quite full with great carbonation. Interesting European spin on the APA style.

Bottled (thanks Bov!). Hazy orange colour, mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is fruity and earthy with some slight notes of grassyness also. Flavour is fruits, grass and quite earthy. A rather pleasant.
