We brewed a milk stout without all of the dark malt. Wait, what? This mind bender of a beer has all of the coffee and chocolate notes associated with milk stouts but is light in color. You can’t drink all day if you don’t start in the morning.

Taps clear amber with a nice buff head. Hard to believe this is a stout! Arms is definite stouty, though, offering roast malt, chocolate and coffee tones. Flavor echoes the aroma while adding some resiny hops. Mouthfeel presents thin body but jazzy fizz. Anytime is a good time for beer.
