Hoppy Session Ale Born from a love of lower alcohol, ingredient-based lagers and ales, Tabula Rasa will appeal to pilsner and pale ale lovers alike. A bright, fruity and spicy palate that lends notes of white grapefuit and gooseberry finishes long with a strong herbal bitterness. Truly unique.

Slightly hazy, bright yellow colour with a frothy-soapy white cap, good retention and thick foam lacing. Mild aromas of cereal grain malts and some citrus. The taste is quite bitter with some decent fruity notes, citrus zest and something hard to pin down, but all works well. It does seem like gooseberries, hints of bananas, which blends nicely with the rest.
