For our third single-hop pale ale, we used a copious amount of the Willamette hop to intensify its floral, grassy notes. Prized for its subtle, mild flavor, this hop is named for the Oregon valley where Anheuser-Busch developed it to be the signature hop in their light lagers.

Had this on tap recently in Green Bay. Unforunately, it wasn't my favorite, and I really dig the one-hop series. pours a dark copper tinged colour, finger sized head. Aroma that is slightly herbaceous, not so much fruity. Taste is mellow, very mellow. Again not a lot of fruit, just grass and tart.
