Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7
330 ml capped bottle. Poured in a stemmed tasting glass a clear and reddish-copper coloured APA with a two fingers light beige and soapy foamy head that had a short retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is deep resinous hops, caramel malts, notes of honey, candied fruits and citrus notes. The flavour is acidic fruits, lime, solid sweety malts, notes of caramel and oranges, resinous hops. The mouthfeel is crispy, hoppy bitter and sticky. The texture is oily. This light to medium bodied APA has a dry bitter finish. A deep bitterness which is no answer to my expectations.
