    Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6

Lackluster head tops pale gold, slightly reddish, body. Aroma is nice, first a waft of nice crisp, clean citric hops followed by a low dose of malt. The flavor is not as good as the aroma. The malt is light and and the hops add less character to the flavor than the aroma would suggest. Does have a nice refreshing quality, though, with mild fruitiness (pear?).

Deep golden color topped by a thin white sustaining head with a good amount of lace. Sweet and citrusy (lemon or grapefruit) hop aroma. Sweet and citrusy (lemon) hop flavor with metalic undertones. Similar to but not as good as their Alpha King Pale Ale. Relatively smooth yet dry. Medium bodied with a dry finish.
