The art of aging beer in barrels takes time, patience, and the skill of knowing when to remove it at its peak level of expression. Our Imperial Red Ale has been resting meticulously within the confines of bourbon barrels sourced from Five Trail. By taking this extra step, we have achieved a perfect blend of flavors, making this endeavor well worth the wait

Pours clear mahogany with a thick tan head. Aroma yields bourbon, toasted malt and woody tones, quite strong. Flavor delivers quality bourbon, woody, toasted malt, subtle hop tones. Texture offers good firm body and lively fizz. This give you both barrels - take 'em!
